This app is part of a business line solution for transport management. It empowers drivers (both employed and outsourced) to manage their workday, from Runsheet's management to delivery processing and document gathering.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you:
Your name, telephone number and email contacts will be synchronized with the app from the backend solution of your company. No additional personal information of you as a user will be collected by the application. We may also collect information about your vehicle, including mileage and license plate number. We may use this information to provide you with services through the application, including dispatching ride requests, payment processing, and reporting of damages.
Our driver application uses the mobile camera to provide pictures and images of damages, document digitalization and other relevant photos for tracking. For using the application, you need to agree to allow us to access your mobile camera and take photos when necessary. Any captured image will not be shared outside the scope of your company and its customers and will primarily be available in tracking and delivery management features, we also use the camera for decoding barcodes in many business scenarios, in such cases the pictures are disposed when barcode decoding is completed. You should not upload any images of individuals to the app.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you create a subscription to our applications to:
allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests;
process your transactions; and
track your location when you are making66 deliveries in order to have live delivery information.
How do we protect your information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
